Can't open files - (Read 34 Times)

I have been working with a customer who is having issues with being able to open (import) files into HyperShot. When she selects a file from her directory nothing happens. I had her send me some of her files and they all open fine on my computer. Anyone heard of this before? Is there a software or hardware requirement that she is lacking that would cause this to happen?

Correction; she is able to import .iges files. Unfortunately, the model database she is working from consists of hundreds of .step files that won't import for her. Since she is in marketing, she has no access to (or knows how to use) any 3D modeling software. Needless to say, she is not able to convert the files herself.
